Custom mesh lag

Hi, im designing a endless runner i guess you could say however, when i use the starter content mesh for my obstacle its fine, but ive imported my own made from blender and when i use that i get extreme lag, could anyone explain how to fix this ?

Probably it’s related to performance. Can you show us how the mesh looks like? Did you create proper LODs for it?

How many polys are the meshes you created? My guess is when you modeled it you subdivided several times to make it look nice and created a very high poly mesh, which is killing your performance in your game.
