Custom mesh/attachment misalignment to metahuman

Hi all, I’m having an issue with a custom mesh/attachment created in Houdini for a Metahuman character in Unreal Engine.

I’ve successfully imported and attached the mesh (a face mask, essentially tracing tubes along the face). to the Metahuman’s face with perfect alignment. However, when I parent the mask to the ‘head’ socket to make it move with the Metahuman, the mask misaligns and shifts position.

Manual alignment in Unreal isn’t preferred due to scalability. Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
