Custom Licensing response time

Hello,

The company where I work http://www.uplayonline.com/ has a commission to make a game on PS4 with a short delivery time.

Two weeks ago we confirmed our condition as playstation developers through https://ps4.siedev.net/ and we received no response.
A week ago we also tried it through Other licensing options - Unreal Engine but nobody has contacted us either.

What is normal response time? Can anyone contact us?

Regarding the console access for PS4, it looks like we are waiting on you to complete submission on the Console Request form. Unreal Engine - Console Development Request for UE4

Please submit your details on the form, and expect a response there as as well.
