Ok so I got images that I want to use as my health bar. I have a picture of every percentage of health but I don’t have any clue how to make it replace the default health bar in the display widget.

Are you talking about something like the progress bar? You don’t need an image with every increment from 0 to 100. Hopefully this will help: https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/79728/how-to-make-a-progress-bar-in-umg.html
If you want to use images - maybe investigate Flipbooks? - I think yo can use them in UMG
