Hello everyone! I’d like to ask for your opinion on an issue I’m encountering in Unreal Engine 5.4.
I’m running a test to create a custom complex collision for terrain that I created directly in Maya.
As you can see in the static mesh menu, I set my low-poly geometry created in Maya as the complex collision mesh. I checked “customized collision” and selected “use complex collision as simple.”
In the static mesh menu, the geometry appears to be correct, but in the viewport preview, I get a different result: I see a much denser collision, which looks like a duplicate of the ground geometry.
I’d like to ask why this mismatch is happening. I tried searching for similar issues but haven’t found one like this.
