Custom Game User Settings with blueprint

I would like to add a custom variable to “Game User Settings”.
Like “FOV” or “Mouse Sensitivity”.
When I search, there are tutorials using C++, is there any way to do this through the Blueprint?
Please help me. Thank you.

No, at least as far as I know, but if there is a marketplace plugin, the other option is to save that data in a savegame files.
