Current type of textures for Android in UnrealBuildTool

How can I get current type of textures for Android in UnrealBuildTool? I was searching this in UEBuildAndroid.cs and UEDeployAndroid.cs but I can’t find anything related to that. I want to make feature that optionally add choosed texture format in AndroidManifest.xml for better handling by Google Play and then pull request to Epic…
