Culling while in view 4.11

Since updating to 4.11 preview 1-3 I’ve noticed many of my objects are being culled that are in the camera view.

Is there any way to disable frustum and distance culling in the engine or game settings for testing/fixing this?

What kinds of objects are culling at the moment? i.e. particle effects, static meshes, instanced meshes?

A couple of screenshots could also help visualize what you are reporting.
