Some marketplace out there took the initiative to ban this slop. Great move from them!
When FAB is going to do the same huh? Set the example and don’t support this automatically generated, low quality garbage. Is already bad enough to have things flooded from Sketchfab, AI on top of that will pretty much make the website unusable.
A lot of people are complaining about this since day 1. Listen to the users and sellers. At least let us know you guys are doing something about it.
Down below is the original post declaration from the Cubebrush team:
Cubebrush’s stance on A.I. generated content
We’ve seen an increasing number of products generated with the help of A.I. popping up on Cubebrush recently, so we wanted to make our stance clear moving forward and provide a solution to a growing problem.
A.I. content is NOT ACCEPTED on the marketplace.
Our team has consistently denied new creators with A.I. portfolios applying to open new stores which has largely prevented the flood of A.I. content every other platforms have been plagued with, but despite this a small number of existing creators on our platform have started uploading A.I. content.
Hidden products
To counter this, the team has been manually hiding those products from the marketplace.
Hidden products can still be accessed through a direct link, but will not show on the marketplace nor in creators’ stores. They become essentially invisible on Cubebrush.
Note- Creators may still upload A.I. generated content - but should understand they will not show anywhere on Cubebrush. To get any visibility, direct links to such products will need to be shared externally.
Our new approach
Despite our best efforts however, some A.I. products still fall through the cracks and have had to be reported by visitors.
This falls short of our goal of having an A.I.-free marketplace—so from now on, when creating new products, creators will be prompted to mark them as containing A.I. or not.
New A.I. checkbox on the product creation page
All products labeled as containing A.I. will automatically be hidden (accessible only via direct link).
A.I. products mislabeled as non-A.I. and visible on the marketplace will now be promptly deleted, rather than simply hidden.
Stores who consistently fail to properly identify their A.I. content will get permanently banned from the platform.
We’re confident these changes will ensure you’ll always be able to shop with confidence on Cubebrush, knowing you’re always getting quality, human-made products.

Now, THAT’S how you should deal with AI.
