CSM Shadow goes through mesh and show up on other side. Any ideas why?

So, I’m upgrading an old project to 4.21 and the CSM shadows goes through mesh and appears on the other side. (check pic). Any ideas what could be causing this? This happens on feature level ES3.1 in preview rendering level default high end mobile and android GLES3.1 preview
