Crouching moves the whole sprite down

I want to make my character crouch and crawl under spaces, but when I do that, it moves the sprite down. I made the crouch half height the same height, but I can’t crawl under spaces anymore. Is there a fix? Side note, I’m using the PaperZD plugin.

I did find a duct tape solution. I just moved the crouch sprite up in the sprite editor. Apologies for taking this long to answer.
