Crouching Animation for VR application.

Hi all.

Very new to unreal engine/development in general and I’ve been trying to learn a lot about animation for the application in a multiplayer VR enironment. From going through the tutorials provided by Zak Parrish I picked up that 2D blend could be used to make smooth transitions for animating speed and direciton of the pawn.

I can’t work out how I would then smoothly transition for the the players head height (ie dynamic crouching height) as in traditional FPS games I’m assuming crouching is another state all together?

If anyone could shed some light on this or point in me the right direction for reading material It would be much appreciated.
