[Critical] Unable to complete Tax Interview: W-8BEN Signature & Email Mismatch Loop (Korean Corp)

Hello,

I am trying to register as a Publisher on Fab as a registered business (Corporation) based in South Korea. I have been stuck in the Tax Interview verification loop for hours and cannot proceed.

Here are the critical issues I am facing:

1. “Capacity” Field Missing (Wrong Form?) I clearly selected “Business Tax Profile” and “Corporation” throughout the interview steps. However, on the final signature page, the button says “Submit W-8BEN” (Individual form) instead of “W-8BEN-E”. Consequently, there is no field to enter my Title/Capacity (e.g., CEO).

2. Persistent Email Mismatch Error I receive the following error repeatedly: “The email address you entered must match the email address linked to the account that you used during the on-boarding process.”

I have tried entering:

  • My primary account email ( fab login mail )

  • The email used for Trader Verification

  • Typed manually to ensure no hidden spaces. None of them work. It keeps rejecting my submission.

3. Signature Mismatch I have matched the “Name of beneficial owner” exactly as it appears on Line 1 (and my profile), but it still throws certification errors.

Steps I have taken:

  • Exited and retook the tax interview multiple times.

  • Verified that my Publisher Profile matches the tax info exactly (Name: CEO Name, Entity: Company Name).

  • Cleared browser cache and tried different browsers.

I suspect my account state is bugged or the system is failing to serve the correct W-8BEN-E form for my region.

Please assist urgently. I cannot publish my products due to this blocker.

저는 대한민국에 Exarion INC (https://exarion.ai/) 으로서 Fab 퍼블리셔로 등록을 진행 중입니다.

현재 세금 인터뷰 검증 단계의 무한 루프에 갇혀 더 이상 진행할 수 없는 상황입니다.

제가 겪고 있는 치명적인 문제들은 다음과 같습니다.

1. “직함(Capacity)” 입력란 누락 (잘못된 양식?) 인터뷰 단계 내내 분명히 "Business Tax Profile"과 "Corporation"을 선택했습니다. 하지만 마지막 서명 페이지의 버튼이 "W-8BEN-E"가 아닌 “Submit W-8BEN” (개인용 양식)으로 표시됩니다. 결과적으로 직함(Title/Capacity, 예: CEO)을 입력할 수 있는 칸이 아예 나타나지 않습니다.

2. 지속적인 이메일 불일치 에러 다음과 같은 에러 메시지가 반복적으로 뜹니다:

“입력하신 이메일 주소는 온보딩 과정에서 사용한 계정에 연결된 이메일 주소와 일치해야 합니다.”

저는 다음을 모두 시도해 보았습니다:

  • 제 기본 계정 이메일 (로그인 이메일 : sj.park@exarion.ai)

  • 판매자 인증(Trader Verification)에 사용한 이메일 : exarion.ai@gmail.com

  • 숨겨진 공백이 없도록 직접 타이핑하여 입력 하지만 어떤 것도 작동하지 않고 제출이 거부됩니다.

3. 서명 불일치 문서의 Line 1에 있는(그리고 제 프로필에 있는) "수익 소유자 이름"과 정확히 일치하게 입력했음에도 불구하고 인증 에러가 계속 발생합니다.

제가 시도한 조치들:

  • 세금 인터뷰를 종료(Exit)하고 처음부터 다시 시도(Retake)하기를 수차례 반복했습니다.

  • 제 퍼블리셔 프로필 정보와 세금 정보가 정확히 일치하는지 확인했습니다

    • (이름: WooChan Park, 법인명: EXARION Inc).
    • Exarion INC CEO : WooChan Park - 영문 사업자 등록증 대표 영문 이름 확인

  • 브라우저 캐시를 삭제하고 다른 브라우저에서도 시도해 보았습니다.

제 계정 상태에 버그가 있거나, 시스템이 제 지역에 맞는 올바른 W-8BEN-E 양식을 불러오지 못하는 것으로 의심됩니다.

이 문제로 인해 제품을 출시하지 못하고 있으니 긴급한 지원을 부탁드립니다.
