Thank you @Fire_Tiger369 we came to the same conclusion. Turning off the Discord overlay or using the legacy overlay should fix the issue.
just close Discord, when you open Discord it is bugged like this, but if you close stop.
So in our case we didn’t have Discord open, but Nvidia app shadowplay was also causing this issue, and closing that fixed it!
If you click on this arrow in the bottom right of your screen, you can see what is open

To fix it you have to disable the game overlay in Discord

I can confirm that the error can be resolved by turning off the Discord and Nvidia overlays. I am experiencing the same behavior with the editor.
I think this issue might be related: Focus issue with middle and right click in 5.7

Hi! Im experiencing this on EVERYTHING and I mean everything. Every button I try to click on ghosts for some reason, sometimes takes me (Not kidding) 10+ clicks for it to work.

FORT-1016030’s status has changed to ‘Ready for QA’. A member of the QA department is investigating the issue.
I had the same. My problem was DISCORD. I went into the task manager and force close all discord entries. I Didnt need to restart UE or UEFN either it just worked.
Wanna pop in and say I have been having this issue since updating rfom 5.6 to 5.7.
I do not and have never had discord installed on this pc. Must be another overlay. I’ll update if I figure it out, but I’m probably just going to downgrade back to 5.6 for now.

Hi, I’m having the same issue. Ever since upgrading to 5.7, whenever I’m trying to click a button on a dropdown it would disappear without activating whatever I’ve clicked on, as well as at random times normal buttons no longer responding and having to click out of the window and back in again for them to work.
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Unreal as well as Fortnite as I’ve seen some people suggest as well as disabling both Discord and Nvidia’s overlays, but no luck.
