Critical ISSUE to Forest Essentials

Subject: CRITICAL ISSUE: “Forest Essentials” Freezing/Crashing UE 5.7.1 Project (Purchased Personal License)
Hello FreshCan Support Team,
I am writing regarding the “Forest Essentials (Forest Environment, Procedural Mountain Forest, Forest)” asset, which I purchased with the Personal License.
I am encountering a critical issue where the Unreal Engine 5.7.1 editor freezes and becomes unresponsive every time I attempt to load the main map (Map_Forest_Essentials).
Here are the steps I have taken to troubleshoot, confirming the issue lies with the asset files:
UEFN Version Ruled Out: I confirmed with you/support and downloaded the Full, Non-UEFN Version of the asset, as the Fab system indicated incompatibility with UE5.
Scalability Settings Reduced: I set all Engine Scalability Settings to ‘Low’ to minimize resource demand.
VRAM Limit Enforced: The engine initially showed a “TEXTURE STREAMING POOL OVER 622,008 MiB BUDGET” error. I manually added the command r.Streaming.PoolSize=10240 to the DefaultEngine.ini file to force a 10 GB VRAM limit.
Despite all these technical steps, the motor continues to freeze, which strongly suggests a fundamental error or corrupted shader within the Asset files themselves.
Since I have already purchased the highest-tier license, I kindly request immediate assistance. Could you please check the shader compilation for the latest UE 5.7.1 version of this asset, or provide a direct download link to a known, stable, and recently updated version of the “Forest Essentials” package?
Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.
