Reporting a severe server-side backend synchronization error.
My account (lautibenmuyal@gmail.com) is currently experiencing a Global Node UID Mismatch involving 104GB of residual data that refuses to purge. This has persisted for 5 months.
Technical Requirements:
Manual UID Reset on the backend.
Global Node Cache Purge for the account.
Standard Player Support (Case #[24120339]) lacks the technical tools to resolve this and is closing sessions without a fix. Requesting urgent escalation to a Backend Systems Engineer.
