Creators account to Publishing account on github

How to change Creators account to Publishing account on github?
Because i miss clicked on “Unreal Engine End User License Agreement for Creators”.
So i want to change it to “Unreal Engine End User License Agreement For Publishing”
because of this i cannot access any unreal engine source code on github.
Please help me?
