Hey so when I try to upload my profile image or cover image on the creator portal program it gives me this constant error called Upload Failed: 1 of 1 my images are in the right requirements, I’ve try going on different phone, my laptop different internet connection and it will still say upload failed 1 of 1, I using the template that you can download and it still said upload failed 1 of 1.
Could you possibly send here the image you tried to upload? I can try seeing if it’s in the correct dimensions and possibly adjust it if its wrong
Oh Alr thank you for checking that, I thought it was 1400x480 I’ll try it see if it works thank you
I try it and it didn’t work it still says upload failed: 1 of 1 it’s not it’s the image it’s a red box that appear that I showed in the post
Really odd, have you tried uploading it from a different browser? or possibly from some kind of pc? Maybe its a iOS bug
