Hey so when I try to upload my profile image or cover image on the creator portal program it gives me this constant error called Upload Failed: 1 of 1 my images are in the right requirements, I’ve try going on different phone, my laptop different internet connection and it will still say upload failed 1 of 1, I using the template that you can download and it still said upload failed 1 of 1.
Could you possibly send here the image you tried to upload? I can try seeing if it’s in the correct dimensions and possibly adjust it if its wrong
