Hello Epic Team,
I’m experiencing an issue with the Creator Portal Event Schedule.
I reached the maximum limit of 3 schedule edits, and now I can no longer update the event time. I understand that this limit exists, but my situation is exceptional.
The event has already reached more than 40,000 Interested users, and creating
a new event would cause significant confusion and make many players miss the event.

“Event schedule can be edited at most 3 times.”
I’m not asking for unlimited edits. I only need one additional schedule edit (or a reset of the edit counter) so I can correct the event time.
Could someone from the Creator Portal team please review this case or escalate it?
