Hello,
I have two sponsored campaigns for my Fortnite map that should have been charged on March 4.
The campaigns now show “payment method issue” and “campaigns suspended until payment is received”. However, the system does not allow me to complete the payment.
I already tried:

Updating the payment method

Adding multiple new cards
-
Removing and re-adding payment methods
The payment is never processed and no error appears.
Epic Support keeps redirecting me to the “Sanctions and Appeals” page, but I do not have any sanctions on my account.
Has anyone experienced this issue with Creator Portal ads payments?
Is there a way to trigger the payment again or reset the campaign billing?
