Hello UEFN community / Epic staff,
I am seeking guidance regarding an issue with the Fortnite Creator Program that I have been unable to resolve through standard support channels. Specifically, the creator code “Kaihan” is currently blocked and cannot be selected, despite clear evidence that it is not being used by any other creator. I would like to outline the situation and ask for advice on how to contact the appropriate team or individual who can help resolve this.
Evidence and Observations:

When searching the code “Kaihan” in the Item Shop, it returns “creator not found.”

Searching for a creator profile or using the Island Creator Program also shows no results for “Kaihan.”

The code is not in use publicly, meaning no players or creators can redeem it.

Despite this, the system marks the code as unavailable, preventing me from selecting it.

Why This Matters:
I have been a Fortnite player for nearly 8 years and have long-term plans to create original maps and content under my established identity “Kaihan.” Forcing me to use an alternative creator code would:

Create confusion for my audience, who already recognize my brand.

Increase the risk of impersonation within Creative maps and the creator code ecosystem.

Hinder my ability to participate meaningfully in Epic’s Creator Program and grow my community.
Clarification on Process:
I fully understand the steps required to select and change a creator code. I have followed all official instructions and verified that the code is available and meets all eligibility requirements. This is not a misunderstanding or user error — the issue strongly suggests a backend restriction, legacy block, or system error, rather than legitimate use by another creator.
Request for Guidance:
I would like to know how I can get in touch with someone at Epic who has the ability to review this issue at the backend level. My goal is simply to select a creator code that is rightfully available and aligns with my established identity. If a backend review is not possible, I would appreciate confirmation of that as well.
I have attached screenshots showing the item shop search results and Creator Portal search results as proof of the code’s current non-use.
