Creating Virtual Sets for Youtube videos ?

Can I use this tool to create a virtual set I would use in a Youtube video ?

Or should I use a different tool ?

I know UE4 is a game engine, but can it also be used for this ?

Sure, it can be used for making any type of background image. But if you want to do something like that, it would be far easier to do in a 3D program, UE4 would render an image quickly, but it’s advantages are for video games, for making an image background it’d be a lot of work to spend to get something to work in a game engine than if you just render it like normal in a 3D program.
