creating outputs in UTM system

I am trying to generate pointclouds and orthos from UAV data in coordinate system without using GCPs, so only using airborne GPS. What are the steps in defining coordinates, should I define input coordinate system before importing images + metadata?

So far I have been able to create outputs only in local coordinates.

Easy way:
load images
set proper coordinate system
ALIGN the data

if have not set it properly next to camera positions will be clearly to see RESIDUALS, tiny lines of orange color…
