Hello there!
I have a question about creating anime cartoon Outlines on a character or object, which is easy enough to do for a profile outline or a depth outline via a post process volume, however I haven’t been able to find any documentation about creating an outline on the edge of a material on the same mesh, does anyone know of anyway to create this?
Unreal currently has the effect to highlight or isolate materials in the static mesh or skeletal mesh previewer, but I can’t seem to figure out how to achieve this via a post process volume -
The effect I’d like to achieve is similar to what Maya calls the Edge and Shader Boundary on it’s Border Lines in the pfxToon shader -
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
