Khrushchyovka

“Khrushchyovka” has spread in 1960 years in the USSR and is widespread throughout Russia today.
Building represented her modular architecture with 2 variations: normal building and with damage (second type textures and new essential decal).
There are game optimized low poly modules with normal map from high poly after baking. They used seamless textures also with normal map and unique for small objects. Two universal materials which allows to use - mask for blending 2 textures with normals in low poly geometry (like a wall with gudron) without her complication. In instances of the Main Material you can also do: change texture color, scale textures, choose how to blend textures with a mask, add textures with RGB channels info - Metallic, Specular, Roughness respectively.
Modules use Lod’s.
Decal is makes walls more older.
