Creating fake video game footage for a indie film

We are producing a feature film that has several scenes with a video game composited into screens. We are creating fake video game footage for these scenes. Can we use Unreal Studio? And since the output will be used in a linear movie will there be any licensing fees?

Unreal Studio is fully royalty free as far as i know, you already going to pay monthly for this licence, that main difference between studio and normal licence.

Keep in mind that you have no perticilar reason to use Unreal Studio you can use normal EULA and as it states in point 4 of royalty exceptions it is royalty-free there too for linear media:

However, no royalty is owed on the following forms of revenue:
....
4.  Revenue from an Unrestricted Product, including for clarity, revenue from a Product which solely relies on the Licensed Technology for production of non-interactive linear media (e.g., broadcast or streamed video files, cartoons, or movies) and which is Distributed in a form that does not contain the Licensed Technology or, in order to deliver, rely on servers running the Licensed Technology;
