Creating connection points on actors to snap join them together as a AR mechanic.

I am wanting to have different actors (e.g wall segments or fence segments as an example) I want to load these actors into AR space which i have managed to achieve. However I now want to create a mechanic where when moving the actor you can see connection points on the sides at specific points which when moved near to the other actor with the same connection points will auto connect, join and line up when I let go of the current actor “being moved”. can anybody help me with how I would achieve this with blueprints? video tutorials are extremely helpful as I struggle to follow long instructions or just images of blueprint but will take any help.
