It’s looking amazing so far. This would be a great boon as I can do hard modeling of surfaces and whatnot, but with characters I’m out of luck. I really am looking forward to these with a sci-fi clothing/armor pack.
One thing to keep in mind to make the clothing “epic” is customization. More than just mixing up different parts, preferably having a PBR material that can be customized and maybe a few add on parts like antennas or belts, or pouches and ammo bags.
I know this is much farther down the line, but thought I’d mention it.
We do not have a projected release date yet. Rest assured it is being worked on and we are making progress. Here’s a teaser.

Another update for purchasers:
We have decided to also offer the community an option to buy just the Character Customizer scripting system for teams that already have their own customizable character models and need a blueprint solution for handling them. Additionally we will be allowing people to just buy the character models individually for teams that don’t need the scripting solutions and just want the character models. Or of course you’ll be able to purchase an entire kit once we’ve finished it all. This will allow anyone to only need purchase what they specifically need for their game and not be forced to buy parts of it that they don’t need.
I am so tickled to see this I have to do hand stands on the roof of the house… (Please imagine old fat guy… disabled… on roof… ready to do hand stand.)

When the full kit is released on the Marketplace it will have both the female and male characters included. You’ll be able to buy the pieces individually through Sellfy and Gumroad until then. For instance, if you just want the scripts, you can buy just the scripts through Sellfy or Gumroad. If you just want the Male Character or Female Character model by themselves, same concept. Only the full kit will be on the actual UE4 marketplace. So when it’s released on the market it will be the entire kit. We do plan to add additional hairs and customization options over time as updates.
We’re still working on this. Just had a bit of set back due to a team member needing to relocate and get settled in. We don’t have a release date yet but again, we’re still working on it. Just a minor set back is all. No worries.

Been sitting here in the hospital catching up on forums, and I am wondering if we have any update on this? I saw last month you all were a man down as he relocated. Wondering if were getting close to release yet?
Hey yall,
This is still in limbo cause of the team member that’s relocating. It’s not a simple move from one house to another. It’s from one country to another one so there’s a lot involved with the relocation. Could be a bit before we’re able to continue work on this. Rest assured that it’s still in production but it’s just placed on hold for the time being.
