Creating a team-specific blocking volume?

I’m attempting to make a team-specific blocking volume that keeps one team from passing through. (To prevent spawn killing and such)
I’m not too educated on the coding aspect of how to do this. Could anyone possibly coach or help me figure out how?

I saw this type of thing in the Unreal Tournament Editor a while back, that would be a good starting place I believe. Have a look at how they set up their teams and had blocking volumes set up for them specifically
