Creating a new Project

I’ve just installed UEFN, and wanted to create a new project. But I am stuck in Creating Project 0%

An update from our latest’s tests. It seems using a Windows Admin account fixed the issue. Revision Control now it does not appear as grey out.

So I raise a question can normal user can not use Unreal Editor for Fortnite? And how it can be? Since we can use Unreal Engine editor with no problem with a non-admin user.
