Creating a Frosted Glass Gradient Material

Hi all, I am using UE 5.6.1 for a architectural previz project, and a key component is to have a frosted glass that transitions from transparent at the top, and frosted towards the bottom. Using a frosted glass tutorial from EZ Unreal and a dynamic gradient tutorial from tharlevfx (both on youtube). I have come up with an effect that does create somewhat of a gradient. I have attached my shader and a screenshot of the effect.

The issue I am having is that, and it is probably due to the spiralblur scene texture, is that it curves significantly along the sides. Does anyone have an idea as to how to get this gradient to become more evenly distributed?
