It’s troubling that those error messages are overlapping, It looks like the instructions for fixing the red one are on the second and third lines. For the orange directional lights one, you could try following the instructions (each directional light has a property ‘ForwardShadingPriority’ accessible through the details panel) or - Delete any extra directional lights. (You usually only need one)
Alternatively, press the tilde “~” key and type disablescreenmessages to hide those for now.
