create skeletal mesh during game.

Hi there ! I hope I post in the right place. I am new to UE4 and I’d like to know if there’s a way to create a skeletal mesh during the game. I explain : I’d like to offer a UI where the player can manipulate the meshes which he’s got in his inventory and assemble them in order to make a skeletal mesh (the player would be able to choose the place of the pivots, armatures). The aim for the player is to create a kind of “weapon” like a slingshot or a catapult…
