Create Movie error

I am using UE 4.6 - setting up a movie to record. I am getting this error when I click on the Movie button. Is there a setting I am missing.

The camera actor is set-up with blueprint to initiate movie in game play.

Could you also provide me with a screenshot of how you have your Matinee set up?

Some reproducible steps could also help me narrow down the reason for this error message to occur.
