Create floor with holes character can fall through

I am using blender to create 3d objects like cylinders and the like that have holes in them. I want the player to be able to go through the holes but each form of collision I try blocks the user or the whole mesh doesn’t work. I have tried using complex as simple but this doesn’t work. I suspect my blender model geometry is not the best but haven’t found a good tutorial on it yet.

Yes, but the character does not fall through and when I look at the collision there are white lines going through the holes. I believe my geometry from Blender might be dorked! Trying a new plan there.

I mean, I used your asset and it works. I think a better question here is what else is going on that makes it not work.

Strange! Doesn’t work for me in 5.2. The character will perhaps fall through one hole but not most of them and the lines when viewing the collision don’t look right.

I initially checked only one hole. :innocent: Tried more, all (five or so) work fine. Perhaps remove all collision first:

Cool. I did that a few times but when I look at the collision, those white lines go through the holes. Tried a new mesh and it is much better. I am still learning Blender and UE but I have made a lot of progress. Thanks for the feedback!!
