it is possible to create dummy-player to test multiplayer features in my mod without a second ARK-Account?
In the editor, you can play simulating a dedicated server and select any number of clients to test - running a dedicated server in pop-out with 2 clients will pop you out two play sessions of individual clients in the same server simulation
