Create and populate a CSV from UE4?

Hi folks, have been putting a project together for a psych study. The project is a VR experience from which I’m hoping to get some data on the participants sway (transform over time). I’ve had a good look in the usual places but am no closer to finding a way of creating, populating, and saving a CSV via blueprints in order to capture the data.
Any direction on how to do this would be very welcome.
