Crashing when trying to create a Landscape Later

I keep getting this error when trying make a terrain layer

Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x00000000000002c8

Unistalling and reinstalling UEFN and FN
Tried different GPUs and reverting to a previous driver version on my GPU that I know worked before
Tried running a memory test and got no errors and tried using some different RAM incase it was a false negative
Tried a complete fresh install of graphics drivers
Tried running UEFN on a different PC

and yet, it successfully works if im signed in to an alt epic games account

I am also having this issue. For me, it happens when attempting to import a heightmap as a landscape. It freezes up for a moment, then crashes on “creating landscape editor regions.” I was able to resolve this issue about a week ago by lowering the graphics settings to the lowest they will go, but that has since ceased to help. I believe this is a bug caused by the most recent update, and I would hope for a fix by tomorrow as that is when the next major Fortnite update releases.
