Crashing when I try to paint landscape

The moment I try to click on the layer to add the layer info I get a dev kit crash with this message.

I tried verifying the kit already and still end up with this error. Any help would be appreciated!!

When I click the red part, it gives this crash

I created a new folder in mods with a blank map and created a new landscape using Mat_theislandwithmasks_hole_inst. I was unable to reproduce any errors, which leads me to believe it might be your editor is corrupt in some way (I know you verified it). I would try creating a new map entirely in a new folder, or try backing up your mod folder outside of the Content folder and trying again with a fresh empty mods folder.

I just did a complete re-install… I’m gonna restart my computer and hope it fixes whatever issue it is

EDIT… no good. still the same crash error…

make sure u saveur map before editing those values i have notice if u point thing to files that arent saved the dev kit crashes

The map was saved then I tried to add the layer info, it crashes. I’m gonna reinstall epic launcher and the dev kit and see if that solves the problem.

I’m experiencing this issue now, has it ever been resolved?
Also @SakuraSammi let’s hope that’s not your home IP.
You should link a domain name or No-IP to that IP address to at least attempt to masking it.
