Crashing upon startup

This happened to me on previous version as well as with UE5.
I keep getting the same message:

I’ve tried to reinstall, delete projects (Just a beginner, no harm done), installed different versions, rebooted, updated drivers, updated windows… NOTHING works…

What can I do?
