I have installed the launcher and it crashes every time I try to login. Can someone help?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. Are you able to sign into the launcher in offline mode?
Do you have any proxy software installed? We have seen this issue happen when users have the product Covenant Eyes installed.

Offline mode does work.
There is a proxy but not “Covenant Eyes” I have logged in on a device on the same network ok however it was a different model to the ones that are not working.
