Crashes on install

After installing and running the installer I tried running the launcher but nothign happened aside from this crash report at AppData/Local/UnrealEngineLauncher/Saved/Logs

Here are my specs:

Windows 7 64-bit

8 GB Ram

Processor: 3.6 GHZ Quad-Core

Nvidia Geforce GT 640

I was able to solve this after updating video card drivers and updated windows. I am not sure which one it was or both but it is working now.
