Could you please create a ticket with the crash logs attached?

How to retrieve Twinmotion Crash logs:

Windows

  • In File Explorer Copy and Paste the following string and hit enter:
  • %homedrive%%homepath%\AppData\Local\Twinmotion\Saved\Crashes
  • Select the latest .log file and send it through the “Contact Us” button with reproducible steps.

macOS

  • In Finder "Go to folder..." (Shift+Command+G)
  • Copy and Paste the following string and hit enter.
  • ~/Library/Application Support/Epic/UnrealEngine/5.0/Saved/Crashes
  • Select the latest .log file and send us the file through the “Contact Us” button with reproducible steps.
