Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. This is actually is a known and reported issue, and was originally reported in 4.6.1. The bug is very particular and deals with only certain video files affected, but i wasn’t able to determine what makes the difference. This problem may not be fixable until we actually replace the WMF implementation with something else.
