Crash while trying to launch Epic Games Launcher

Hey there!

I just recently downloaded the Epic Games launcher, and it crashes when I launch it for some bizarre reason. I even had to format my PC and install everything from scratch. Unfortunately, the issue persists.

Has anyone come across a similar issue?

happening to me but its only when i try to install games or update them
