Crash when installing the source code version of unreal 4.27.2

When using setup.bat, near the end i get a crash

i can download the file by going to the link itself, and i now have it, is there a file directory i can put it in to prevent this crash and continue installing dependencies? if not is there any other solution? thank you! (ive been trying to install unreal 4 onto my hardrive for WEEKS now, my epic games install gets stuck on 90% despite leaving it on for 24 hours)

Your project path is too long, try putting it on the root of the disk, like d:\
