This seems like a bug. Every time I try to make a change to my collision profiles I get a crash in the PhysX CloneShape functin in PhysicsInterfacePhysX.cpp line 1032. PShape is null so when it does PShape->getNbMaterials() it crashes. I am using the installed UE4 not the source. Any suggestions?

This turned out to be an issue with my collision settings, Unfortunately it has been a long time since I fixed this but I believe it was that I had Enable Shape Sharing turned on in the Physics Settings
