Crash when calling TSFThreadMgr->Activate

Hi all, I got a crash issue when starting UE-Editor from IDE without modifing any engine source code. Does anyone have the same crash and have any idea about fixing or avoiding it? It’s not repreducible easily (happened 3 times on my side in months).

UE 4.25.4 (EpicStore prebuilt engine version)
Windows: 10/11 (tried both)
InputMethodTool: sogou pinyin 10.2.0.4519
IDE: Rider 2022.3.1
