Crash Reporter not appearing after source built engine crashes

I am using UE 4.27.2. When executing the console command “debug crash”, the source-built engine will just crash with a small popup.

Epic Games Launcher version will show a crash reporter after executing the same command.

Is there a way to get a crash reporter to appear when the source-built engine crashes?

You can also build it individually in Visual Studio by right-clicking on the CrashReportClient project and selecting “Build”:
