I keep getting constant crashes, but dont know anyway to tell whats causing it as it happens at different times. It was happening a lot also when just doing something in the program. Now it seems to only crash when playing the game. Only characters are a single plane map. Unreal just dont crash it completely freezes. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you running an nVidia card?

yes iam running on nvidia card i even added the app in nvidia settings.

What are the chances you override something in nVidia settings, like vSync or buffering type? Also, is this only happening in 4.24?

it freezes nd crashes when i try to launch unreal it seems no solution on internet…i even went into regdit nd changed the delay or something.

yes this is happening in 4.24,iam not that technically sound but i googled about vsync it is set to off in my nvidia control pannel

My question really was whether you altered any settings from defaults?

no not at all…

but after reading some stuff on internet im just thinking to follow the recommended settings in nvidia control panel…this is making me nuts unreal app keeps crashing…i even uninstalled it nd reinstalled it again.

Perhaps a new driver wold help. I’ve run into this:
